Real Madrid remain keen on Manchester United star – report

According to AS, Real Madrid are still interested in signing Paul Pogba from Manchester United this summer.

Pogba has looked rejuvenated since the turn of the year, although his future remains unsolved.

The Frenchman’s contract is due to expire next summer, with Pogba free to discuss terms with other clubs as soon as January.

I think a lot of fans have come around to the thought of Pogba signing a new deal, however, we won’t lose any sleep if the club managed to cash in this summer. The midfield needs to improve with him in it, and we’re not as potent with him not in the side.

Real Madrid have their financial problems but AS claim they are very much one of the clubs interested in Pogba.

I don’t expect anything to come of this because it would take a significant fee to prize Pogba away from Old Trafford, even with his current deal set to run out.

Time will tell if the midfielder wants to stay at United.
