Manchester United take an early lead at the Etihad.
Anthony Martial was fouled inside the box and it left the referee with no choice but to award a penalty in the visitor’s favour.
United have been unlucky with penalties in recent times but they deserved that one and got it.
The Reds started on the front foot and Bruno Fernandes went a step further by converting his spot kick to give United an early lead.
It puts us in a strong position early on when few gave us any chance to take something from today’s game.
Now we need to hit City on the counter and try grab a second goal.
