(Video) Diogo Dalot doubles AC Milan lead over Hellas Verona

Diogo Dalot was on target to double AC Milan’s lead against Hellas Verona.

The goal came five minutes into the second half when Dalot allowed the ball to roll inside the box, firing past Silvestri first time with a finish into the roof of the net.

It’s good to see the young Portuguese full-back gain first team experience in Italy as well as getting his name on the scoresheet.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka will be our first-choice right-back next season but Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should look at improving the competition in that role.

There has not been a lot of talk about Dalot staying with Milan beyond this season but I’m sure that is a possibility, if he can score more goals between now and the end of the season.

Dalot has always liked to get forward and there’s a lot to be said about his defending.
