Gary Neville is a Red!
Leaving Turf Moor on Tuesday night after Manchester United’s 1-0 win over Burnley, Gary Neville failed to contain his excitement for Sunday’s trip to Anfield.
Manchester United are three points clear of Liverpool at the top of the Premier League and there will be extra pressure on the Scousers come Sunday.
Neville gave his thoughts after the match and said that you can’t blame United fans for getting carried away, after what we’ve all been through in recent years.
Nobody would have expected us to be top of the league in January at the start of the season.
Nobody.
Anyhow, Neville couldn’t leave the stadium tonight without winding up more Liverpool.
He recorded a video of himself singing the tune to his own chant, which goes a little bit like this: Gary Neville is a red, is a red, is a red, Gary Neville is a red, he hates Scousers…”
