Jadon Sancho’s proposed transfer to Man United edging closer, says reputable journalist

Manchester United are reportedly ‘moving closer’ to the signing of Borussia Dortmund starlet Jadon Sancho.

United must bolster their attacking options this summer and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s interest in Sancho has been well documented.

Sancho is one of the most coveted stars in world football and his signature would be a huge coup that could take United’s attack to the next level.

The England international has scored 17 goals and contributed 16 assists in the Bundesliga this term, a phenomenal record for a wide player.

And according to reputable journalist Sam Pilger, Dortmund are willing to sell their star man for the right price.

Pilger believes Sancho is keen on a move to Old Trafford and there will be no issues about agreeing personal terms.

The key factor in this transfer going through appears to be if United can come to an agreement on a transfer fee with Dortmund, which is mentioned by Pilger in his tweet.

While Mason Greenwood has been a revelation on the right-flank since the restart last month, Sancho has already established himself as one of the elite forwards across Europe and would complete a hugely exciting attacking quartet alongside Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial.

Solskjaer must be backed by the owners this summer and it appears that if they are willing to meet Dortmund’s demands, then there is every chance Sancho could become a Manchester United player.
