Many of our readers buy the latest release of EA Sports’ FIFA each year, so it’s an exciting time of year whether you play the game on Xbox or PlayStation.
There are new icons released each year for those who play FIFA Ultimate Team. The legends are cards with boosted attributes from the player’s prime period, and in the past, you’ve been able to get the likes of Rio Ferdinand, Ruud van Nistelrooy and Teddy Sheringham.
However, it is only recently that this feature was made available to PlayStation users. It was previously exclusive to Xbox gamers.
FourFourTwo writer Barnaby Lane has run a feature listing 10 football legends he would like to see in FIFA 19 and it includes former Manchester United midfielder David Beckham.
Other names include Adriano, Eusebio, Edgar Davids, Zinedine Zidane, Raul, Johan Cruyff, Cafu, Michael Ballack, Roberto Baggio, Gabriel Batistuta, and Just Fontaine.
We then asked our followers on Twitter which legends they’d like to see in the latest instalment. Here is what they said:
