Confirmed MUFC XI line-up vs Chelsea – Lukaku & Mata start

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has named his starting 11 for tonight’s FA Cup tie against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

The Norwegian will be hoping his side can bounce back from Tuesday’s Champions League defeat to Paris Saint-Germain, the interim manager’s first defeat at United.

Victory for United would heap even more pressure on Chelsea boss Mauricio Sarri, after a series of indifferent performances in recent weeks, including their 6-0 humiliation to Man City at the Etihad.

However, the Reds have struggled at Stamford Bridge in recent years, winning in just two of their previous 22 visits.

Sergio Romero starts in place of David De Gea and Chris Smalling returns to the starting line-up.

Juan Mata and Romelu Lukaku come in for the injured Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial who were both ruled out for at least a fortnight after sustaining injuries in midweek.
