Manchester United will host Reading in the fourth round of the FA Cup.

The draw was made after 4pm on Sunday – two days after Manchester United knocked Everton out of the competition, beating Frank Lampard’s side 3-1 at Old Trafford.

United get another home draw this time around against Reading, who are currently 13th in the Championship.

Paul Ince’s side progressed in the competition at Watford’s expense in the third round. It would be an almighty shock if they were able to do the same against the mighty Reds in the next round.

For Erik ten Hag, he must be rubbing his hands together at this draw. It’s easier than the third round draw and we really should be booking our place in the next round.

The fourth-round matches will take place between January 27 and January 30.
