Ahead of the summer transfer window closing on Tuesday, Manchester United could see wide-attacker Daniel James move on.
That’s according to a recent report from The Sun, who claims that following the Red Devils’ recent official announcement that they have reached an agreement to resign club legend, Cristiano Ronaldo, from Juventus, Welsh winger James is now being targeted by as many as four Premier League sides.
It has been noted that now well down in Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s pecking order, James is one player who could make way to accommodate the dramatic return of Ronaldo.
The Sun claim as many as four Premier League sides, including Leeds United and Everton, are keen to sign the out-of-favour United attacker.

Crystal Palace and Brighton and Hove Albion make up the list of interested clubs, however, given how relentlessly Marcelo Bielsa’s Whites have pursued James since his Swansea days, fans will perhaps be expecting a move to Elland Road to finally materialise.
Now with just over 24 hours left in the transfer window, if any club is to strike a deal with the Red Devils’ hierarchy, it goes without saying that they will need to act quickly.
