Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has announced his confirmed line-up to take on Liverpool at Anfield.

David de Gea starts in goal behind a back-four of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire and Alex Telles – as Stretty News confirmed in an exclusive hours before the announcement.

As expected, Fred and Scott McTominay slot back into midfield after being rested in place of Nemanja Matic on Tuesday night in the 1-0 win over Burnley.

Fred and McTominay will be joined in midfield by Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes.

Up front, however, there’s no Edinson Cavani — with Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial leading the line.

The French striker was a doubt for today’s game after sustaining a knock against Burnley, so hopefully he can get his name on the scoresheet and win the game for United.

Rashford has a good record against Trent Alexander-Arnold and we’ll also need him at his best on the day.

Time will tell whether United can cause havoc in Liverpool’s defence but I wouldn’t be getting too confident knowing there’s no Eric Bailly in the our starting line-up.

The Ivorian has been excellent of late.
