Paul Pogba took to his official Instagram after Tuesday’s match against Burnley to reply to team-mate Eric Bailly, and hinted his relationship with Ivorian could hold the key to extending his Old Trafford stay.

Pogba, 27, is out of contract in under 18-months time and with no new agreed renewal yet, there are fears among pockets of the United faithful that this campaign could be the Frenchman’s last.

However, after the 27-year-old netted the winner against Burnley on Tuesday saw the Red Devils rocket to the top of the table, Pogba was snapped celebrating with Bailly.

Taking to his social media after the match, Bailly posted the following message on Instagram: “Enjoyable performance on the road and 3 points! Massive credit to Paul Pogba for such a goal.”

Quick to reply to the talented and flamboyant defender was Pogba who said: “Mon Frero on ensemble .. tu as parlé mon Frero on ce sait” (Direct translation: “My brother we together. You talked my brother, we know what.”)

Could the pair’s strong relationship be the key to seeing the 27-year-old commit his long-term future to the Reds? – We think so.
