Sergio Reguilon welcomes Man United’s offer as Solskjaer plans for his arrival

Sergio Reguilon has reportedly welcomed an offer from Manchester United for his services as manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer already begins planning for his arrival.

Reguilon, 23, has quickly become one of Europe’s highest rated attacking full-backs after spending last season out on-loan with Europa League winners Sevilla.

The exciting full-back enjoyed a thoroughly impressive campaign last time out after being directly involved in eight goals in 38 appearances in all competitions for Sevilla.

Reguilon’s eye-catching form and availability has sparked intense speculation that he could have fast-tracked United’s plans to invest in a left-back with the Spaniard hotly tipped to become Solskjaer second summer signing after former Ajax midfielder Donny van de Beek was announced, as per Sky Sports.

According to a recent report from AS, the 23-year-old welcomes an offer of between €25m – €30 from United for his services, as per an earlier report from AS.

The recent report goes onto state that current Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane does not see Reguilon as part of his long-term plans especially having the likes of Marcelo and Ferland Mendy both ahead in the frenchman’s pecking order.

AS claim that Solskjaer has a ‘perfect’ plan for the talented Spaniard and is already plotting his arrival in an attempt to rebuild the Red’s defence.
