Manchester United linked with cut price deal for Roma forward

Manchester United are being linked with a move for Paulo Dybala this summer.

What’s new some of you might say. The Argentine forward gets linked with a move to Old Trafford most years and reports suggest he could be available for just £10.7 million at the end of the season.

It’s worth noting that Dybala is 29-years-old and isn’t the type of forward Manchester United are crying out for right now.

The Argentina international signed for the Giallorossi on a free transfer from Juventus last summer, and he has since become one of Jose Mourinho’s key players registering 18 goal contributions from just 21 appearances.

According to Sport, as cited by The Sun, there is a release clause in Dybala’s contract which allows foreign clubs to sign him for £10.7m in the upcoming transfer window.

That would suggest Dybala is available to sign in a cut price deal this summer.

The report claims Manchester United will consider a move for the forward to boost their attacking options for next season.

United have been linked with a move for Napoli’s Victor Osimhen and Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane. And, we may need to sign another forward if Anthony Martial is sold in the coming months.

Wout Weghorst joined United on loan from Burnley in January for the remainder of the season. It remains to be seen if the Dutchman will be kept at Old Trafford beyond his temporary deal.
