Manchester United co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has been spotted heading into Old Trafford with chairman Joel Glazer amid speculation over the future of manager Erik ten Hag.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe watched from the stands along with members of United’s hierarchy, including Omar Berrada and Dan Ashworth. They would have been making key observations ahead of a key period in the club’s history.

Glazer’s sighting at Old Trafford will fill the rumour mill but it is worth noting that he doesn’t have a say in any of the football decisions anymore.
Stretty News understands Glazer was scheduled to visit for various meetings, followed by a routine monthly executive committee meeting in London on Tuesday.

SN can also reveal that Joel Glazer will be attending the quarterly Fans’ Advisory Board meeting at Old Trafford today, with Ratcliffe having done so earlier in the year.
It will be up to those on the Fans’ Advisory Board to challenge Glazer on the 18 years he – along with his family – spent destroying Manchester United and creating a gigantic mess for Ratcliffe to clean up. The FAB members include Jonathan Deitch, Duncan Drasdo, Oli Winton, Dave Pennington, Deborah Henry, Christopher Saad, John-Paul Monck, Rick McGagh, and Dips Janu.
These meetings are taking place at a time reports have remerged about Thomas Tuchel being a candidate to potentially replace Ten Hag as manager, although nothing like that will get discussed during the FAB meeting when they will focus on matters closer to supporters and match-going fans.
