Agreement reached between Manchester United and Juventus for winger

Juventus are reportedly gaining ground in the race to sign Jadon Sancho.

According to Fabrice Hawkins, Juventus have reached an agreement with Manchester United to sign Sancho on loan for a season, with the deal including an obligation to buy the player permanently

The RMC Sport journalist adds that Sancho is keen on a transfer to Turin.

This will potentially come as a blow to Chelsea, who have been working on a deal to propose, including players such as Raheem Sterling and Ben Chilwell.

However, it sounds like Juventus have made significant progress on a deal to sign Sancho, while Federico Chiesa leaves for Liverpool.

Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio claimed earlier today that Juve are not content with just signing Teun Koopmeiners and want to add Sancho to Thiago Motta’s squad for the 2024/25 campaign.

Di Marzio said a loan offer would be sent to United today.
