Manchester United left-back move could depend on Fulham transfer

Manchester United are reportedly waiting to learn Fulham’s transfer business before deciding if they will make a move for left-back Antonee Robinson.

The USA international could find his game time cut this season if Fulham launch a pursuit to sign Ferdi Kadioglu from Fenerbahce.

It says a lot that Fulham are now being linked with Kadioglu, who was previously listed as a potential target for United. The Reds could be looking at the market for a cheaper option, but fans won’t mind so long as the players in question can make a positive difference at Old Trafford this season.

According to GiveMeSport, United are monitoring Fulham’s transfer activity before deciding to bid for Robinson.

United are currently without a fit left-back in the current squad, unless you include academy prospect Harry Amass. Luke Shaw and Tyrell Malacia are both out injured and we’ve got no specific return dates.

In the Premier League curtain-raiser, United defeated Fulham 1-0 with a back four consisting of Noussair Mazraoui, Harry Maguire, Lisandro Martinez and Diogo Dalot.
