Rasmus Hojlund undergoes laser acne treatment after condition ‘blew up’ on his face

Manchester United striker Rasmus Hojlund underwent facial treatment this summer to address an acne issue that worsened over the last two years.

Hojlund, 21, is currently sidelined with a hamstring injury and will miss the start of the 2024/25 season.

The Dane will have high expectations for his second season at the club as he attempts to score more goals than he managed last term.

Hojlund will also be keen to show off his improved skin after receiving the PicoSure Laser Skin Rejuvenation treatment with KLNIK in Harvey Nichols Manchester.

The procedure costs up to £1,399 and Hojlund was treated by Dr Rosh, an ‘expert’ in aesthetics boasting over 107,000 followers on TikTok.

“I’m actually quite surprised because [the acne] blew up the last two summers I had,” Hojlund said during his treatment.

Explaining the procedure, Dr Rosh said: “He’s [Hojlund] been troubled with a bit of acne with some scarring, so we’re hleping to harmonise that texture, reduce the scarring, and reduce the redness.

“We’ve used the Picosure Pro Laser here to deliver channels and break down the skin and then exosomes to help with that inflammation and healing to give him the best result possible.”

However, our focus is on Hojlund’s fitness rather than his appearance.

A hamstring injury sustained in United’s pre-season game against Arsenal last month has ruled Hojlund out of action for six weeks.

The sooner he returns the better!
