Liverpool star has high hopes for Argentina duo, including Alejandro Garnacho

Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister has heaped praise on Manchester United forward Alejandro Garnacho.

The Premier League duo were part of the Copa America-winning side as Argentina won the tournament for a consecutive time this summer.

Garnacho, 20, has burst onto the international scene with Argentina and it is clear that he is appreciated by some of the senior players in the squad.

Mac Allister has labelled Garnacho as an exciting talent with a bright future ahead of him. He also warned the United youngster that he needs to be managed carefully and not become burdened with too many responsibilities at a young age.

Speaking about Valentin Carboni and Garnacho, as per FC Inter News, Garnacho said: “He and Garnacho are two players who can give a lot to Argentina. They excite us a lot. We have a lot of hope for their future. We can’t burden them with too many expectations at the moment, but in the future, they will give us a lot”.

The sky is the limit for Garnacho – for club and country – and he will be delighted to win his first major international tournament earlier this summer.

Next up for Argentina is a challenge that will see them defend their World Cup crown. The question is will they have what it takes without Lionel Messi?
