The final round of international fixtures of the season is upon us and there’s more action involving Manchester United tonight, with Scott McTominay starting for Scotland in their friendly match against the Netherlands.
Scotland go into the game as underdogs, like they will in most games at Euro 2024, but they will be looking to cause an upset against a star-studded Netherlands side.
McTominay was voted Scotland’s Player of the Year last month and he will be aiming to continue his goalscoring form that helped book their place at Euro 2024 this summer.
Although there were suggestions that United wanted to sell McTominay last summer, he has been an influential player when called upon by Erik ten Hag, who we are sure will be watching tonight’s game.
