At last, Rasmus Hojlund is becoming comfortable at Manchester United.
The forward is playing brilliantly, and it appears that he has at last gained some confidence at Old Trafford. The striker is in the form of his life and he just cannot stop scoring.
The 21-year-old striker started slowly at United and took his time to settle. But it seems that his compatriot Christian Eriksen has helped him massively to settle in a new country.
Hojlund talked a little about his teammates in an interview with Amazon Prime Sport on TikTok. He claimed that Eriksen is really his best buddy at United and that they get along well because of their similar nationality.
“Who is your best friend in the squad?” Hojlund was asked.
“I think I would go with Chris, Christian Eriksen because of the nationality and other things, so,” Hojlund said.
While Eriksen may not currently be a key player at United, it appears that he’s making a significant impact behind the scenes. Specifically, Eriksen seems to have played a crucial role in helping Hojlund settle in Manchester, and this off-pitch support is now translating into on-pitch success.
Hojlund now seems to be settling in at United, and if he maintains this level of play, the Red Devils should be able to mount a serious challenge for the top four in the season’s last few months.
Man United host Fulham in the Premier League next and the young striker will be looking to keep up his goal scoring form.
