Man United are ‘actively working’ behind the scenes to complete the signing of Michael Olise

Journalist Alex Crook claims that Manchester United are actively negotiating a deal to sign Michael Olise behind closed doors.

United are already well into the planning stages of what is expected to be an enormous summer window. In January, there were no signings since money was scarce and the club had to be wary of the Financial Fair Play rules.

The Glazer family and INEOS must support Erik ten Hag throughout the next six months as the Dutch coach aims to build a foundation for this team to challenge for trophies in the future.

United face an issue at the right-wing position where the club’s only good option is Alejandro Garnacho right now.

Antony has disappointed since his move and Jadon Sancho’s days at Old Trafford are numbered. The Red Devils have been consistently linked with a move for Michael Olise of Crystal Palace.

In conversation with @MUFCMPB, journalist Alex Crook has now provided some clarification on the matter.

The most recent information he has received is that United may be “actively” negotiating the signing of the 22-year-old attacker behind closed doors. Premier League rivals Manchester City are also interested in signing Olise, which is making United speed up the process to reach a deal.

“I think Manchester United will be working on this deal actively behind-the-scenes. Man City and Chelsea have also shown interest, so I think United will want to try get that deal done early if they can.” Crook told @MUFCMPB on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Without a doubt, Olise would give our attack’s right-hand side some true quality. Additionally, it seems like INEOS would prefer to sign the Englishman since he would be considered a homegrown talent.
