“One of the worst in the club’s history” – Louis Saha slams Man United transfer

According to former Manchester United striker Louis Saha, Jadon Sancho’s move from Borussia Dortmund is one of the worst in the club’s history.

Sancho left Dortmund in the summer of 2021 and joined Man United in a £73 million transfer. Things have rapidly become worse for the Englishman, even if his first two seasons were promising.

His relationship with manager Erik ten Hag deteriorated after a feud between the player and the manager.

ten Hag criticised Sancho for not giving his best in the training but Sancho hit back refuting his manager’s claim through this Twitter account.

Sancho has now left the club and joined his former club Dortmund in a loan move till the end of the season.

Saha called the move one of the worst the Red Devils have ever made and expressed his disappointment with how it has worked out.

“Jadon Sancho is one of Manchester United’s biggest transfer failures,” the Frenchman said.

“You can’t have that type of quality sidelined because of his mindset.”

“You can’t leave him out for six months because of that. The only thing that should stop you is injuries. We know that he’s good enough, which is why it doesn’t sit right. You can’t be putting yourself in that situation and thinking you’re bigger than the manager,” he added.

Saha added: “Whatever happens, I don’t back Sancho – which is hard for me as a supporter of United. It’s just horrendous.”

Sancho’s future at Man United is still in doubt even though the English star will return to the club from his loan spell in Germany.

  1. I agree with saha, no person can ever progress in life without discipline, remember how ravel Morrison destroyed his career. So players, always respect your coaches for a better future

    1. Ralph Ragnick says that there was never a discipline issue for the six months that he managed Sancho

  2. Sancho is a quality player who was given a raw deal, and his frustration made him speak up against TenHag, i don’t blame him for having done that. Sitting on the bench and at times not even in the squad for so many times whilst not even injured, and no he never had disciplinary problems before coming to Untd. Ten Hag is the one that should leave! … not Sancho

      1. I fully agree with you, lot has been said that he should have apologized, maybe yes. But the manager is to be blamed also as he should be best at man -managing.Powers that be at MU should have hacked both to the boardroom before it escalated.

    1. You don’t know what you’re are talking okay, Sancho is under performing okay. This is a guy who doesn’t train hard, he never wanted an injury of any kind. Do you even watch him play, always playing alone, no bullies for defenders from Sancho not even in one match. It is quite unfortunate because he is an Englishman if not the English press would have attacked him more than 20 times dear. Look at martineni, bukayo, palmer, garnacho, olise, golden, all this boy put more interest in the game than him ,all he does after match is to play ps 4 and go to club. Sancho is overrated because he is an Englishman. He didn’t wote 72m at all, including Anthony. I’M a die hard man u fan and I know how good our wingers use to be

  3. The manager has run out of ideas, the sooner he is relieved the better. He has caused the team so much embarrassment.

    1. 5. Every damn so called superstar was the reason managers got sacked at mufc lack of disclipine cos of lazy overpaid players dats egos wer bigger dan man utd pls if u know nothing bout footy fr dose dat say eth is only to blame look deeper do ur homework the proof is out der rid the side of the rot n get players who want to prove demselves and earn the win fight fr the badge not fight fr their damn egos

  6. I find it bizarre leaving players out. And playing the rubbish he has played. Something is wrong it seems like nobody wants to play football at the club. The problem starts at the top. Nobody will take responsibility. From management to captain and players. Manchester United fans are paying hard earned money to watch you play. You should give them their money back. Take it out of everyone’s wages. Then they might try to play if it hurts their pocket.

  7. The manager is the problem not the player a good manager would have have sat down with a player and discuss with him if there was a problem which makes him not doing well in traing. The coach is only loving the players bought in his regime, that’s bad.

  8. Ten hag , hahahahahaha.
Whoever thinks that Sancho is the problem, you have a problem with your head.
Without Sancho how has the club been performing?
    Was it better??

  9. So before the Hag saga, you mean Sancho was indisciplined.
Why do you think he spoke out?
There’s a reason why, don’t just blutt out comments against Sancho.
The manager is not an 😇😇 Angel

  10. Sancho just came to eat money at United he’s contribution to the club even before Ten hag is insignificant such players are just a mess.
Those are players we needed to chase as fast possible.

  11. Ten Haag wasn’t known till he came to MU,does his man management skill speak volumes of him,He definitely handled this Sancho saga terribly.

  12. Blame it to the unfair ETH. Sancho one of the best players at Bundesliga. United has no capability to explore his best, especially ETH. Club just defended ETH to play safe. Not fair situation for Sancho. Meanwhile, ETH gives special touch to Antony and Onana.
