Fenerbahce make €8m offer for underwhelming Manchester United forward

Fenerbahce have made Manchester United striker Anthony Martial one of their transfer targets for the New Year.

The Turkish giants, who are currently on top of the Super Lig, will be aiming to strengthen its squad by adding Martial to their attacking department, which already consists of Dusan Tadic and Edin Dzeko.

According to Turkish outlet Takvim, Fenerbahce believe signing Martial will open a new page in the team’s approach to the league and European competition.

They also state that a move could have a positive impact on other players in the squad, increasing the overall motivation and performance of the team.

They clearly haven’t been watching Martial in a United shirt for the past 2-3 years…

Anyhow, the report also states that negotiations are ongoing between Fenerbahce and United.

Fenerbahce are hoping to strengthen their good relations with United after signing Fred from the Reds during the summer. Moreover, they sold us Altay Bayindir, who came in as a back-up option to first choice goalkeeper Andre Onana.

It is believed that Fenerbahce’s first offer is worth €8 million.

United should try push the boat out for €10m and cash in on the underwhelming Frenchman.

  1. Whilst I think that it should be at least £15 – £20M, but realistically we might be lucky to get £8M, but if he goes please please do not sign Werner, he’s already proved he’s another Martial during his disastrous spell at Chelsea!
Oh, shit, we are also looking at Potter???

  2. Sell him coz he is demoralised this days from man u,but as a Manchester fan we need Mason green wood back to club, ten hag out course he is a problem now in the club the he handling his players this season is not good compare with last season trust me ches hum better Michael currik.

    1. Agree. Many players at Man Utd are demoralized. Ten Hag was lucky last season cos Rashford went on a rampage and won so many games for United. He said be wanted to make Man Utd like Ajax. I guess he succeeded.

  3. If Fener pay his wages, then 8M is a good deal. If they want to change the mindset and culture of this side, United need to part ways with any players that have been around for more than a few years.

  4. May be it’s true United has become vampires house for most good good players
Ofcos martial will perform better Out a United it’s best he leaves
