Jadon Sancho is still a Manchester United player, but it feels weird to see him feature in the official club calendar when the winger has been banished from all first-team activities since September.
The England international has not played for United since August 26.
Since then there has been a public falling out with manager Erik ten Hag, who banished him from the first team until an apology was issued. But one never came and Sancho is now being heavily linked with a move away from United.
Even though it’s incredibly likely that Sancho will move in January, the marketing team felt it was a good idea to put him in the 2024 calendar. Fittingly it’s for January – presumably the only month of this year he spends as a United player.

Of course, Sancho is not the only player to feature in the 2024 calendar who will be leaving Old Trafford this year.
