Bruno Fernandes and Hannibal Mejbri’s sensational goals in September have been nominated for the Premier League Goal of the Month award.
Hannibal registered his debut goal for Manchester United when the side suffered a 3-1 defeat to Brighton and Hove Albion, with his contribution unable to inspire a late comeback.
However, it’s certainly a feeling the 20-year-old will never forget, as it was a remarkable finish in his first outing of the campaign in front of the Old Trafford faithful.

Fernandes’ finish
As for Fernandes, he struck home a superb volley to claim all three points in United’s trip to Turf Moor, as they saw out a 1-0 win over Burnley.
It was certainly a captain’s finish by the Portugal star and came at a crucial time to end the side’s winless streak.
Hopefully, there are more goals in the tank for both midfielders, as United are now looking to rebuild form and morale following a string of disappointing results.
