(Video) Andre Onana unfazed by United’s form and is ‘very confident’ results will pick up

Andre Onana is unfazed by Manchester United’s start to the campaign and has sent a rallying message to supporters to lift their spirits.

The Red Devils have picked up two wins and three losses in their opening five matches, leaving them 13th-placed in the Premier League table.

Tonight, they kickstart their Champions League campaign with an away clash at the Allianz Arena against German giants Bayern Munich so, when all’s considered, it’s safe to say United are the underdogs heading into the tie.

Regardless of the results, Onana is confident in the process being led by Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford.

The Cameroon international addressed the matter in Tuesday’s pre-match press conference, saying: “Being part of this big club is something great. Manchester United is an amazing club, it’s huge. I’m happy to be here.

“Replacing David [De Gea] is not something easy – I’m trying to do my best of course. The start of the season is not what you want but better days will come. The situation will turn and I’m very confident, I know everything will be alright.”
