Even though the transfer window only shut two weeks ago, Manchester United are still being linked with a future recruits and one of them is Red Bull Salzburg midfielder Oscar Gloukh.
According to The Sun, the Reds are in a three-way battle with Arsenal and Liverpool to sign the Israel international.
It is suggested that the three clubs are monitoring the highly-rated 19-year-old, after sending scouts to watch him on international duty earlier this month.
Gloukh played twice for Isreal during the international break and scored in their 1-1 draw with Romania.
At 19, it certainly sounds like Gloukh has potential if he’s already a regular for Red Bull Salzburg and starring on the International stage.
It’s far too early to be getting excited over transfer news, although this may be one to keep an eye on over the coming months to see whether it gains any real momentum.
Let us know in the comments if think a young midfielder like Gloukh is what we’ll be after next summer.
