Borussia Dortmund keeping tabs on Jadon Sancho situation despite stumbling block

Borussia Dortmund are keeping tabs on Jadon Sancho but a January move is unlikely due to the player’s costly salary.

That is the latest to come from German publication BILD after Sancho spoke out about Erik ten Hag’s comments after the recent defeat against Arsenal.

As a result of this all of being played out in the public, it has become a story and it’s clear that Sancho and Ten Hag’s relationship has become frosty.

Sancho claims he has been made a scapegoat, although he seems to forget that Ten Hag gave him three months to work on his physical and mental issues last season. It’s only right that the manager starts to demand more from the winger, especially if the 23-year-old plans to fulfil his potential at Old Trafford.

During that spell, Sancho trained on his own in the Netherlands rather than go on United’s warm weather training camp to Cadiz in December.

Now we are led to believe Dortmund are monitoring Sancho’s situation ahead of a potential return, but they will be expecting him to drop his wage demands to secure a move.

Let us know in the comments section if you think Sancho deserves to be disciplined for speaking out against Ten Hag.
