Jadon Sancho will not be moving to Saudi Arabia before tonight’s transfer window deadline.

The update comes from the super reliable David Ornstein, of The Athletic, after claims that Sancho was subject to serious interest in the Middle East.

It was inevitable that we would face such speculation in the wake of a public spat between Erik ten Hag and Sancho.

On Sunday, Sancho suggested that Ten Hag lied about the reason the winger was not selected for the squad to face Arsenal. The manager’s reason, however, is something only he can truly judge – whether or not a player is meeting the required standards in training.

Ornstein says Sancho won’t be moving to Saudi Arabia, which means he’ll be at United until January at the very least.

We hope that Sancho and Ten Hag can sort their differences out because we don’t need additional negativity at the moment.

Meanwhile, Ornstein adds that Mohammed Salah won’t be moving to Saudi before the deadline.
