Manchester United submit 25-man squad for Champions League group stages

Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has named his squad for the group stage of the 2023/24 Champions League.

Following last Thursday’s draw, the group stages will see United face Bayern Munich, FC Copenhagen and Galatasaray.

United’s European campaign starts with an away trip to Bayern Munich, at the impressive Allianz Arena, and Ten Hag has had to submit a 25-man squad to UEFA.

The squad consists of ‘A List’ players as well as those who were either club-trained or association-trained. Meanwhile, The ‘B List’ is due to be submitted at a later date, will include the likes of Alejandro Garnacho and other academy graduates.
