he doesn’t. paddock were bigging up ole well after it was apparent he was a complete dud. (about 3 months in is when it was clear.)
fact is 400m later and the club still play ole ball – except playing tika taka around our own box against arsenal. embarrassing.
also maybe that thumbnail should tell of the ridiculous scorelines he has presided over, 6-3 city, 4-0 brentford and of course the infamous (and literally the worst ever result united have ever had) the 7-0 to liverpool.
