Manchester United have reportedly offered Anthony Martial to Real Madrid.
Martial started in United’s 3-2 win over Nottingham Forest on Saturday, but he was non-existent throughout the match and was replaced by Jadon Sancho after 60 minutes of action.
The 27-year-old has been absent due to injury problems, and that was his biggest problem last season.
Reports from Spanish publication Fichajes claim there’s surprise interest from Real Madrid in Martial as we approach Friday’s transfer deadline.
A loan deal has been mooted with Real Madrid currently down on numbers in the attacking department.
Fichajes aren’t the most reliable outlet and I don’t think we’ll be seeing Martial playing for Madrid anytime soon.
Honestly, I don’t see what we would gain from sending Martial on loan to Madrid because they’re never going to buy him.
