Altay Bayindir is reportedly on his way to England to complete a move to Manchester United.
That’s according to reporter Sercan Hamzaoglu, who shared a snap of the goalkeeper at the Ataturk Airport ahead of his flight.
✈️ Altay Bayındır, Manchester United’a transferi için Atatürk Havalimanı Genel Havacılık Terminali’nden birazdan İngiltere’ye gidecek.

Earlier this week, the Red Devils held a pre-medical for Bayindir to gauge the severity of a back injury before submitting a bid. It appears as though no issues were flagged up, as Hamzaoglu states that the club have now activated his release clause and paid a fee of €6-6.5 million to acquire his services.
The Fenerbache shot-stopper will come in to provide backup to Andre Onana. Barring any injuries or suspensions, it’s unlikely that Bayindir would feature in the Premier League, but he may be given the nod in cup competitions.
