Manchester United see three Premier League fixtures rescheduled – including Manchester derby

Three of Manchester United’s Premier League fixtures in October have been amended.

As usual, the provisional dates and times given at the start of the season will change throughout the term.

First up is a home clash with Brentford, which will now take place on Saturday, October 7 at 3pm. This gives United an unlikely run of four consecutive outings at Old Trafford falling in the untelevised slot.

Following the international break, the Red Devils will make the trip to the Steel City to take on Sheffield United at Bramall Lane. This is now set for Sunday, October 22 at 2pm, however, this is subject to change if Erik ten Hag’s side are drawn to play in the Champions League the following Tuesday.

United then have another instalment of the Manchester derby to look forward to and prepare for. The home instalment of the rivalry is set for Sunday, October 29 at 3.30pm, with Sky Sports picking the fixture up for broadcasting.

The unique kick-off time has been decided by both clubs, Sky Sports and local authorities.
