Manchester United’s first away game of the new Premier League season is against Tottenham on August 19.
Tottenham Hotspur Supporters’ Trust [THST] has announced plans to protest over ticket price increases at that encounter.
The fans — many of which want Daniel Levy out — have accused the club of ‘exploiting fans’ loyalty’ during a cost of a living crisis.
THST announced the protest will commence at 3.45 before the 5.30pm kick-off – and it will take place at the ticket office outside the London Stadium.

As of next season, tickets for Category B and C matches will be raised by between £3 and £15 compared to 202-23, while Category A fixtures (against the “Big Six”) are now priced at £10 to £17 more.
Tottenham announced in April that season ticket prices would be frozen for 2023-24. Then, all of a sudden, members were required to renew their memberships for the upcoming season.
It sounds like the heat will increase on Levy this season. We know exactly what it feels like for a football club to treat its fans as customers.
