Rasmus Hojlund completes Manchester United medical; contract signed on Wednesday

Rasmus Hojliund arrived in Manchester on Wednesday evening. The Danish striker has reportedly completed his medical and is set to sign his contract at Carrington training complex tomorrow.

Erik ten Hag finally has his man. A centre-forward he can rely on in terms of fitness, so it should be easy to mark Hojlund down as an upgrade over Anthony Martial.

No offence to the French forward, but Ten Hag’s patience must have been worn thin last season. I would’ve described the forward as non-exist.

Even Wout Weghorst got games!

Anyhow, Fabrizio Romano claims Hojlund has completed his medical at United.

The Italian journalist adds that Hojlund will sign his contract at United on Wednesday.

After completing the first phase of media duties, I think we can safely expect to see Hojlund announced as a new signing tomorrow morning or afternoon.

Stay tuned.
