Sofyan Amrabat has a three-club shortlist he’d join this summer with Manchester United included

Sofyan Amrabat has been heavily linked with a move away from Fiorentina this summer, but where could he end up?

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the midfielder is adamant about leaving the Serie A club in this transfer window and has asked that they sanction his exit should the right bid come in.

Fiorentina will oblige to his requests and have attached a €35 million price tag to the Moroccan, though they could accept a fee closer to €30m.

For Amrabat, he is only interested in joining one of three European giants as he looks to take the next step in his career; Manchester United, Bayern Munich and Barcelona, the latter of which he came close to joining in January before the deal fell through.

United kickstart busy transfer period

The Red Devils are currently active on the market as they look to complete the arrival of Andre Onana. They’re also in talks with Atalanta over Rasmus Hojlund, but the club’s £85.5 million valuation could force United to end their interest and seek alternatives.

When Erik ten Hag has acquired his desired goalkeeper and striker, his attention may then turn to Amrabat. Reports have suggested that the manager wants to add another midfielder after Mason Mount’s switch to Old Trafford and the 26-year-old has been identified as a suitable addition.
