Lisandro Martinez has provided Manchester United supporters with a welcome update regarding his fitness.
The Argentinian sustained a metatarsal injury back in April during the first leg of a Europa League clash against Sevilla at Old Trafford.
He was stretchered off the pitch and straight down the tunnel to receive treatment, with it later being confirmed that he would miss the remainder of the campaign.
Martinez also required surgery to correct the issue shortly after the match, which, thankfully, was a success. He was then able to focus primarily on his recovery and returning in time for pre-season.
Now, as the pre-season tour looms, the centre-back has shared a final update on his journey back to the pitch. He posted a video to his Instagram story of him in training, as well as a tweet confirming that he is back to full fitness.

United’s pre-season tour
The Reds’ tour will kick off on July 12 against longtime rivals Leeds United in Norway and, given their recent relegation to the Championship, it may be the last time the clubs face off for some time.
United will then face Lyon, Arsenal, AFC Wrexham, Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund and Athletic Club across the likes of Scotland, America and Ireland.
