Sheikh Jassim’s Nine Two Foundation has been officially registered in the United Kingdom as of today.
The gov.com website shows “Nine Two UK Holdings Limited” having been incorporated on the 15 June 2023.
It lists Sheikh Jassim and Abdulrahman Abdulla Al-Ansari as director.
The Qatari banker has been in a bidding war against INEOS chief Sir Jim Ratcliffe to take control from the Glazer family.
Former United defender Rio Ferdinand stated on Tuesday that ‘a good source’ has told him that Sheikh Jassim has won the battle.
The registration is not confirmation of a deal – but there is a feeling that something is brewing behind the scenes.
