Confirmed Manchester United XI vs Bournemouth: Sancho and Lindelof start

Erik ten Hag has named his starting line-up for Manchester United’s game against Bournemouth.

It’s a glorious day on the south coach but it’s all about getting the job done as far as United are concerned. A win is needed as we look to push for a place in the top four at the end of the season.

David de Gea starts between the posts.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Luke Shaw are our two full-backs, while Victor Lindelof partners Raphael Varane at centre-back.

Casemiro and Christian Eriksen are both in midfield along with Bruno Fernandes.

Antony, Jadon Sancho and Anthony Martial will be the front three.

As reported before the game, Marcus Rashford isn’t available due to illness.

Most of United’s away defeats this season have been due to having the wrong attitude or lack of aggression. That cannot be the case today if we are serious about getting back into the Champions League.

United need three points from their 19th and final away day of the league season.
