Although it took 32 minutes to arrive, when Anthony Martial scored the opener for Man United, it was well worth the wait.
Some dogged work in midfield from Bruno Fernandes had the Wolves defence back-pedalling, and once he’d freed Antony down the right-hand-side, all it needed was an accurate pass into Martial.
The wide man duly obliged, leaving the Frenchman with the simplest of chances to send the Old Trafford faithful into ecstasy.
It was the Red Devils purring and was just brilliant to see.
