Liverpool are making the first moves to try and lure Alexis Mac Allister to Anfield.
According to Telegraph Football, the Merseyside club have kickstarted their pursuit for the Brighton and Hove Albion star, with Fabrizio Romano reporting that they want a deal to be reached “fast”.

Manchester United are also believed to be in the race for the 24-year-old, who received plaudits following his performances at the World Cup last year, in which he was crowned a world champion.
Ten Hag’s hands are tied
