Manchester United have been linked with a move for Ryan Gravenberch this summer after missing out on the Dutchman midfielder last year when he joined Bayern Munich.
Foot Mercato journalist Santi Aouna has delivered an update stating Manchester United have approached the player and he’s keen on reuniting with Erik ten Hag, who he played under at Ajax.
Gravenberch and Ten Hag ‘would be happy to work together again,’ according to the report. The 20-year-old has only managed 727 minutes in 28 appearances this term.
In recent weeks, however, United have not been the only Premier League club to get linked with a move for Gravenberch. Arsenal and Liverpool are also believed to be contenders for his signature, although Ten Hag may be a huge pull factor in such a deal.
It will be interesting to see how Bayern Munich react to the news. We have a feeling Thomas Tuchel will have a big say on Gravenberch’s future.
