PSG join Manchester United in transfer chase for Harry Kane

Paris Saint-Germain will be involved in the chase to sign Harry Kane this summer.

In truth, it will be a chase for however long England’s all-time top goalscorer keeps Tottenham Hotspur waiting on his new contract decision.

Manchester United will be in the market for a new striker in the summer and it remains to be seen if they will have the money available to sign Kane, but it is believed that the Tottenham captain is Eric ten Hag’s primary target.

However, Le Parisien claim PSG have made the Tottenham goal machine their top attacking target for the summer.

Another striker who could be in the market — if PSG or United need to look elsewhere — is Napoli’s Victor Osimhen, who scored in the Champions League quarter-finals last night.

Osimhen has already been linked with a move to United, but Kane is a player that would come with Premier League experience, albeit he is close to his 30s.

Meanwhile, Bayern Munich have appeared to distance themselves from signing Kane, so that is one less European giant to worry about when the transfer window opens.

It also raises questions over whether Kane would want to relocate in a new country, should he leave Tottenham at the end of the season. There’s a lot to consider when some of the biggest clubs in the world are chasing your signature.

Let us know in the comments section if you would prefer Kane over Osimhen at United.
