Real Betis without Luiz Felipe for second-leg clash against Manchester United

Real Betis are expected to be without defender Luis Felipe for the Europa League last-16 second leg clash with Manchester United on Thursday evening.

Erik ten Hag’s side travel to the Benito Villamarin Stadium on Thursday but hold a 4-1 advantage going into the game after the first leg at Old Trafford.

Marcus Rashford, Antony, Bruno Fernandes and Wout Weghorst all got on the scoresheet against the La Liga outfit – and we think the win gives Ten Hag an opportunity to rotate midweek.

Ten Hag will rotate once he’s comfortable of progressing to the next round of the competition, and we know he won’t underestimate any side in this competition.

The Reds will be confident that they already have one foot in the Europa League quarter-finals, so it comes as an additional bonus that Betis could be without one of their defenders.

Felipe, who started the clash at Old Trafford, is likely to miss out due to a hamstring injury, as per AS.

The centre-back missed Betis’ 1-1 draw away to Villarreal at the weekend.
