Manchester United are reportedly one of the teams chasing Dusan Vlahovic in the event Juventus have to downsize their squad.
Although Dusan Vlahovic has only been a Juventus player since January 2022, there could be a chance that he will leave Turin this summer and it is no wonder that Manchester United are being linked with a move for the striker.
Vlahovic turned down moves to Arsenal and Tottenham to join Juventus. At this point, the Italian club were in a better position financially and it was deemed an exciting transfer, but they’ve continued to struggle on the pitch — on top of a hard-hitting 15 point deduction in Serie A.
As things stand, Juventus are 30 points behind league leaders Napoli.
According to Calciomercato, United are one of a few sides that still have their eye on a deal for Vlahovic. The reports suggests the striker has interest from Real Madrid, Arsenal and Chelsea too.
Bayern Munich shouldn’t be dismissed but it is thought that they will target Tottenham’s Harry Kane instead.
Vlahovic would be a great addition in this United side.
Despite missing a chunk of the season due to injury, he has eight goals and two assists in 15 Serie A games. Add him to the mix instead of Anthony Martial and we should see even more goals.
Martial needs to be replaced this summer because he has not been available for enough games this season. We can’t rely on him.
