Turkish giants contact Manchester United over Mason Greenwood’s availability

Mason Greenwood’s future at Manchester United is up in the air.

The first-team is reportedly split on a possible return of Mason Greenwood to the club, as per The Times.

It is also claimed that members of the women’s team also have serious concerns about the possibility of Greenwood being recalled to the club’s training facilities.

Greenwood had all criminal charges against him — including attempted rape, controlling and coercive and assault occasioning actual bodily harm — dropped earlier this month by the Crown Prosecution Service.

The 21-year-old was arrested a year ago and Manchester United are carrying out an internal investigation into the matter before a decision is made on his future.

Mason Greenwood wanted in Turkey

According to Turkish publication Futospor, Fenerbache have contacted Manchester United about the possibility of signing Greenwood.

The Turkish giants are said to be willing to face the criticism they would receive with signing Greenwood.

I highly doubt anyone imagined Greenwood playing in Turkey at 22.
