Maguire and Sancho start: confirmed Man United line-up vs Leeds United

Manchester United are getting ready to face Leeds United for the second time in four days, with the Old Trafford meeting between the two sides ending in a draw.

Leeds took a a surprise two-goal lead, with the visitors scoring early in both halves before United got themselves back into the game with goals from Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho.

Now, it’s time for a trip to Elland Road and Erik ten Hag will be keen to keep his side’s unbeaten run going. Ahead of the game, he has made a number of changes from the side that played earlier this week.

Raphael Varane and Lisandro Martinez have both dropped to the bench, presumably because of the schedule and the upcoming trip to Barcelona, whilst Tyrell Malacia slots in at left-back.

Harry Maguire is back to captain the side, with Luke Shaw moving in to form a centre-back partnership with his fellow England international.

Further up the pitch, Fred and Sabitzer start together again as Casemiro, Scott McTominay and Christian Eriksen continue to be unavailable.

Sancho starts for the first time since October 2022, having made two appearances from the bench since his return to the side after the winter break.
