The Brazilian was seemingly too apprehensive to watch if Fernandes would convert the early penalty United were awarded, and was spotted waiting on the halfway line with his back against the action.
United’s No.8 swiftly tucked away the chance and the roar from the Old Trafford faithful alerted Casemiro to the scoreline swinging in the Reds’ favour.
