Manchester United picked up three points on their travels to Molineux on Saturday.
Marcus Rashford came off the bench to score the game’s only goal and was unlucky to have a second overruled for handball.
After scoring a first goal, United pushed for a second – even if they risked conceding a goal.
Wolves had their chances – especially in extra-time when David de Gea denied Raul Jimenez — but they couldn’t find a way back into the game.
In the final 10 minutes, Bruno Fernandes played a wonderful casual pass that I wanted to highlight. Check it out below:
Fernandes’ performance was frustrating for the most part but the Portuguese Magnificio did register an assist for Rashford.
